Our Leadership

Pastor Rodel and Sharisma Endaluz are the Pastors of Elim Restoration Church. When Elim’s founder, Apostle Ray Bartel, Sharisma’s beloved father, went home to be with The Lord in 2016, the baton of leadership was passed on to Rodel and Sharisma to continue the work of the ministry that Apostle Bartel had begun. Since the vision of Apostle Bartel for Elim Restoration Church was clearly imparted to his family and congregation, Pastor Rodel and Sharisma were able to embrace and continue the work of growing the ministry to an ever-thriving church that it is today.

Pastor Rodel was born in the Philippines and came to the United States in his early teens. Sharisma grew up in the Detroit area surrounded by her family that adhered to strong Christian values. They met in 2011 and got married in 2013. Pastor Rodel and Sharisma both attended Word of Faith School of Bible in Southfield. They are a dynamic preaching and teaching team. Their passion to seek and save the lost is not limited to just their local community but extends to reaching the nations of the world. They are the quintessential mission-oriented church and congregation. This is evident in their commitment to send missionaries from their church and their faithful support of missionaries assigned worldwide.

Pastor Rodel and Sharisma are true shepherds in heart. They are anointed to help and heal the broken-hearted, set captives free and disciple people they that they may grow from the milk to the meat of THE WORD then train them up for the work of the ministry.
